Reserve Force

The Reserve Force is composed of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members who enrolled for service other than continuous full-time military service. The primary role of the Reserve Force is to augment, sustain, and support the Regular Force. Reservists are making substantial contributions to Canada’s expeditionary (international) and/or domestic operations.

Members of the RCEME Corps in the reserve are part of the following trades:

• Vehicle technician
• Weapons technician
• Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Officer

The RCEME Corps is active in reserve Unit across all Canada. The map below shows all the Reserve Service Battalions.
